To become a member of a FINNISE Multipurpose Cooperative Society, here are some general guidelines:

Membership Requirements.
1- Age: You must be at least 18 years old.
2- Good Character: You should have a good moral standing and be of sound mind.
3- Common Bond: To be our Member, you must share a common interest, affiliation, or geographical location within Nigeria where FINNISE operates or do business.

Additional Qualifications.
1- Residency: FINNISE Multipurpose Cooperative require its members to be residents of Nigeria with known address, this is to guarantee everyone equal rights and benefits of all the benefits of the cooperative especially in the area of loan approval.
2- Employment / Engagement: FINNISE Multipurpose Cooperative require its members to be employed or have a specific profession or business(es) yielding income(s) as to guarantee its financial contributions and its obligations to the cooperative.
3- Financial Commitment: Every FINNISE Member is expected to own a share (optional) by purchasing a minimum of one thousand shares at #100 each, with a face value of #0.50 (50kobo) per shares, amounting to one hundred thousand naira (#100,000.00) in total within the period of three month of joining the cooperative. The minimum share to be acquired by chosen National Leaders is two thousand units value at two hundred thousand naira (#200,000.00) for now within three months of joining and appointed as a National Leader. Note, the priced value of FINNISE Share is subject to review from time to time depending on market forces or demand.


Every FINNISE Member must at joining pay the registration (joining) fee of five thousand Naira together with his or her first contribution(s) which shall be daily, weekly or monthly depending on the contribution plan chosen by the member.

Every member must make his or her contribution regularly to the cooperative.

Defaulters- Any default on contribution will attract a fine of 10% of the member monthly contribution(s).

The minimum daily contribution in FINNISE shall be five hundred naira (#500) and maximum is infinity ♾.

Every member is permitted to choose his or her daily/weekly/monthly plan and also permitted to ulter it upward by way of upgrade. Downgrading is not permitted for members whose daily contribution is on the minimum daily contribution of five hundred naira.

Member Responsibilities:
1. Participate in Meetings: Attend and participate in general assembly meetings as may be planned and schedule by the Cooperative Executives.
2. Pay Share Capital: Contribute to the cooperative's capital build-up.
3. Patronize Cooperative Services: Support the cooperative's business and services.
4- Follow Rules and Regulations: Adhere to the cooperative's bylaws, rules, and decisions.

BENEFITS OF MEMBERSHIP
1. Access to Loans: Members may be eligible for loans or financial assistance. Any member requesting for loan or financial assistance must have been cleared to have fulfilled all the pre-conditions of FINNISE to be eligible for such request if not such request may be turned down without apology.
2- Training and Education: FINNISE Multipurpose Cooperative may from time to time provide training and educational programs for members. Either via seminar, business opportunities or career or skill(s) for its members .
3- Community Development: Members can contribute to and benefit from community development initiatives carried out by the Cooperative at any time.
4. Property - FINNISE Members will be the first beneficiaries of any proposed or acquired estate developed as long as such member is interest on the basis of qualifications and principle of first come first serve.
5. Referral Bonus Certified member of FINNISE shall be paid a one-time referral bonus on registration fee of every new member introduced by him or her. Percentage to be determined by board from time to time.

DIVIDEND/Profit Share/Gifts
1. All eligible members of FINNISE Multipurpose Cooperative are qualified for its dividend and share of profits or interest accrued to the cooperative at the end of every financial period or year or at any time the Cooperative deem it fit to do so after declaration.
2. All elegible members are qualified to receive any gift 🎁 items decided to be given to its members at any point in time.
These and many more are the benefits of FINNISE Members as will be declared by the Cooperative from time to time.

This Guideline is subject to review any time deemed necessary after a general meeting of the executives is called and outcome of such review must be communicated to esteemed members via the cooperative website or any other means deemed necessary.
